Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution of Omnitekx’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 

5. No Guarantee of Engagement

  • Engaging with Omnitekx does not create any obligation on our part to accept, develop, or implement any project, partnership, or request.

  • We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement if we determine it is not aligned with our business model, capabilities, or ethical standards.

 

6. Subscription & Payment Terms (For Omnitekx Platform Clients)

For clients subscribing to Omnitekx Platform (iGaming SaaS solution):

  • The platform is provided on a monthly subscription basis (Software-as-a-Service - SaaS).

  • Fees and payment structures are outlined in individual agreements and are subject to change with prior notice.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the platform.

Additional terms and conditions specific to Omnitekx Platform are detailed in separate contractual agreements.

 

7. GDPR & Data Protection

Omnitekx complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
